Our Sales Co-ordinator role assists the Sales Manager in managing the sales support team. This is an ideal role for someone who is already in sales or diary management and wants the opportunity to step into a leadership role.
The role:
Working in a busy sales office / showroom and assist the Sales Manager in all aspects of running a busy sales office, managing sales reports and leading and training the team.
Answering incoming sales calls to book appointments and also making outbound follow up calls to close sales (no cold calling!).
Full use of CRM system to book and manage appointments.
Meet & greet customers in the showroom & provide sales information on our products and services.
Calculate quotations for Windows and Doors for our residential customers, provide quotations to customers both verbally and written (training provided), therefore must have a willingness to learn about the UPVC products we sell.
Job specific training will be provided however applicants must have the following experience before applying.
The successful applicant MUST HAVE:
– Experience of leading, guiding and training others.
– Must be a problem solver.
– Must have a sound understanding of IT systems and Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
– Must have excellent writing, language and literacy skills.
– At least 1 year of relatable or transferrable “sales” skills.
– Must be confident in interacting with customers and colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time 41.25 hours 8.30-5 (5 days per week) including Saturdays 8.30-4.
Pay: £27,563 p.a (rising depending on your experience)
Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. No Christmas working as we close over Christmas!
