Here at DW Windows, we can fit a variety of secondary glazing options to compliment your existing windows as it is available as fixed, horizontal sliding, vertical sliding, hinged and lift out.
Horizontal sliding
Perfect for wide multi-pane windows that have vertical bars, such as casement windows. Panels slide to give easy access to the existing window for ventilation and can be removed for cleaning.
Vertical sliding
Ideal for windows with horizontal bars, such as vertical sliding sash windows. Available with balances and with a tilt back easy clean facility.
Hinged
Ideal for bays, providing fire escape and specialist applications. Can provide a large clear opening for greater ventilation and full access to the existing window.
Lift out
Suitable for windows with a large clear glass area, windows in hard to treat areas or tight spaces. Ideal for bay windows and where other secondary styles are not possible. Recommended for windows where only occasional access is required.
Fixed
Ultra slim-line our Fixed secondary glazing is a system in its own right. Suitable for where access to the existing windows is not required.
Combination
We can combine and/or couple together our hinged & lift out secondary glazing units. These units are perfect for treating more complicated window styles and bay windows.

Our secondary Glazing is available in any standard single RAL colour paint finish of HIPCA white, Van Dyke Brown Gloss or Silver Anodised or you can choose from hundreds of RAL colour options too as an upgrade.
You can also choose your glass. Available with 4mm or 6mm standard or toughened, 6.4m laminated or 6.8mm acoustic glass there are many options to suit your needs. They are available with clear glass as standard however also available with obscure options for added privacy.
